ISO 17034 successfully re-evaluated

In the last month of 2024, there was good news from the QCS Standard Material Research and Development Center under ChemStrong.

Do you still remember the QCS that passed the initial evaluation of ISO 17034 with "0" non-compliance back then——Good news! The QCS Standard Material Research and Development Center has passed the ISO17034 review with zero defects.

Today it's here again. Of course, the focus of today's discussion is not on ISO 17034 accreditation, but just to bring good news to everyone. QCS has maintained its consistent high-quality output in this year's re evaluation, and has received high recognition from ANAB, maintaining its excellent performance of "0" non-compliance.

QCS's internal audit is progressing smoothly

QCS General Manager Qiu and R&D Director Li attended the first and last meetings respectively.

Since obtaining ISO 17034 certification, the senior management of QCS unanimously believes that our company's operation under the ISO 17034 system in 2024 has greatly improved customer satisfaction. Prior to the year-end strategic meeting, in order to clarify the gap between internal operations and ISO 17034 standard requirements for department heads, further improve management level, enhance product quality, and prepare for the 2025 annual plan, QCS conducted an additional internal audit on December 8th.

The basis for this internal audit is not only the ISO 17034 and ISO 9001 qualification standards, but also the QCS internal quality control standards. The audit scope covers all processes, locations, and departments involved in the synthesis, preparation, and other production activities of QCS. During the internal audit process, each internal auditor, in accordance with the division of labor and requirements of the internal audit plan, uses various methods such as on-site inspection, document and record review, and questioning to conduct a comprehensive and all element cross audit of each department. During the internal audit process, they "diagnose the pulse" and engage in in-depth communication, achieving the goal of mutual learning and promotion.

At the final meeting, all internal auditors and relevant personnel actively engaged in brainstorming, providing feedback on issues, analyzing causes, clarifying ideas, finding measures, and proposing practical and feasible improvement suggestions.

The QCS Standard Material R&D Center will further leverage the role of the ISO 17034 system, ensuring that all provisions of the system are integrated into the business processes of various departments, adhering to the original intention, and providing customers with higher end standard products.
